Just off of the heels of the super epic passing of the Reproductive Health Bill, the awesomeness that will provide health care for many poor women across the islands, they do this.

Carlos Celdran, a tour guide, *interrupted* a church service in 2010 by demonstrating in favor of the Reproductive Health Bill. It took aprox. ten years for the bill to pass mainly because of the involvement of the Filipino Catholic Church. Celdran was found guilty of "offending religious beliefs." Fuckenaye man, Pussy Riot thinks that is unfair.

So far the only cool thing is that dude is out on bail and he is appealing the courts decision. Human Rights Watch calls the verdict a "setback for free speech."
