So there was all that talk the last couple of weeks about how if there is an all powerful and all loving God, then how come dude would allow a woman to be raped and why, WHY I FUCKIN' ask, the followers of the Jesus Cult insist that this poor woman allow her attacker to hijack her body for 9 months (and perhaps a lifetime after that). Doesn't seem like the actions (or inaction) of one filled will loving goodness, it seems like what you would do to someone you hate (jus' sayin').

Surprisingly, the Jesus Cult has been very silent concerning the Frankenstorm called Sandy. Don't forget it was the same God that killed hella black Hatian babies and killed and displaced hella black peeps in New Orleans a couple of years ago, sooooo WTF. Why the silence now (God loves The New York Yankees-I couldn't resist).

Yesterday a prominent pastor type tweeted, " If any religious leaders say tomorrow that the hurricane is God's punishment against some group they're idiots. God's ways are not our ways." That was from yesterday. Today...

...Stevo-P at CNN brought up that hella brown peeps died in days previous in Hatia and Cuba but if a tree falls on my house...does God heart us better (1). Obviously God gets down with his reggae/reggaetron because there was only one death in Jamaica. Was' up with that. Very good article from Stevo (and I always say it, he's not my favorite, but I like him today) he says a whole bunch of stuffs, but I wanna get down with what I wanna say. The Stevo paragraph will end with...maybe it's really a deist God. He started everything and now he's just kicking it and not intervening in human matters (in fact he must have been watching my Niner;s last nite, because they WHOMPED.).

So one religious type says you are stupid head if you attribute this natural disaster with God's will (his God wouldn't do something like that). Another prominent religious dude says he doesn't know and perhaps, just perhaps God is of the deist version (2). Which brings me to this dude.

RealClearReloigion.org is a pretty sick arse Christian place to be all Christianity. Hell, this atheist likes it and in this article the author says, "...this theology logically demands that a woman that is a victim of rape...becomes prego...unspeakable daily suffering...as her biology is hijacked...And a lifetime of suffering (3)." At the end of his article he makes the sense that the Freethinking crowd likes so much and says something like to reconcile the shit realities or violent rape with a perceived to be all good God is a mystery and that kiddies is what faith is all about.

So we have on religious dude that I see as anti-Christian establishment and says rape or natural disasters are NOT to be blamed on Myyyyyy God. The next guy says, it could be, but I./we really don't know. And the third religious guys says yea God did it, but we can't understand Gods way because we are just human, but that is what faith is all about. OK, here's one more.

What does this Nor Cal hippie atheist think....

We live on da erffs and natural disasters happen and if you live in an area where shit could go down (for example I live in earthquake country) then the probability that you will die of flood, hurricane, tornado, erff quake increases dramatically. No God of any kind required.
